Hey.
So I got a problem booting my pc, it all started with a BSOD. Now when I try to turn it on it says "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system can not boot". What should I do? EDIT: the motherboard is Gigabyte-EP45-DS3P btw

Put in your Windows disk, then go into Recovery Console, and type:
Fixboot Fixmbr Then reboot the machine, then go into your BIOS, and make sure your HDD is configured and set as the first boot drive.

Hm, when I press F8 and gets into the advanced boot section, there's no such thing as a Recovery console, what should I do?

If you're in Vista boot from the DVD like you're going to install Windows, then click on repair existing install (or something like that), and you should have a list of options.
Go to command prompt, and type: bootrec /FixMbr and/or bootrec /FixBoot This will rewrite your MBR and hopefully fix your problem. Here's an article from MS with the full info: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927392
