Default Directory Cannot Be Loaded

I wanted to flash my bios since i'm still on revision 0402. It is now up to 1000+ so I extracted the .rom file and placed it in my C: drive and I loaded ezflash2 through the bios. It sees my C: drive but it says directory cannot be loaded. How do I fix this, or alternatively how do I flash my bios.
