I would love to be able to tweak some of the voltages lower on my sig rig (Gigabyte EP45-UD3P), but the BIOS doesn't support it. Is it possible to modify the BIOS to add more voltage settings? Gigabyte uses the AWARD family BIOS.

You could try to find one for your bios, just google.
Doing it yourself though would be difficult, the code they use for bios' is very archaic and hasn't changed since it was implemented very much. So not very many people know it. In fact, on most mobo versions, they only have 2-3 people working on the bios.
