Hello, I tried to update my bios on an Abit IP35E mobo and now I can't boot into windows at all! I tried everything cmos reset, optimized setting and reflashing. I have never flashed in dos just in windows and that probably what got me in this mess.

Doesn't that board support flashing with an USB thumbdrive? I'm not sure myself.
What happens when you try to get into Windows? Because not being able to enter Windows is a completely different issue. Unless it doesn't boot at all.

first of all never do flashes on windows... it mess everything, if after your attempt to flash you still can get in bios, prob still had a chance, check the booting options after flash bios they went back to default, so maybe had to reconfigure it, then try to boot with windows cd, when it ask press "R" for repair, select the installed option (Press 1, always is 1 if only had one operating system) and run a Chkdsk -r in command line, there are also other 2 options that may can work, i think they are BOOTFIX and MBRFIX under the same command line, good luck.
