Exclamation Help reseting cmos on abit ic7

Hi guys

Tried to increase the cpu speed...just tried to increase it by 1 ghz ha,and yes now it wont post.

Tried to reset it with jumpers and removing the battery but nothing helps,the pc starts up but the screen remains black so i cant even acess to the bios.


HELP!

How long was the battery out for? You need to have it out for around 30 sec to a minute to completely reset everything.
