Default MSI P7n Diamond 780i, how do I flash it?

Hi

How do I flash it? When I download the newest bios files from the MSI-site, I get these files:

An exe file, a 130-file and a text document file.

What do I do with them? Know any guide or something similar?

I think all that needs to be done is to put those files on a bootable media like a floppy, CD-ROM, or a flash drive. After that, I think that you have press something like F2 to begin the flashing program, and it will search for the .exe and run it.

But, open the .txt document and see if there's any helpful information in there. Although, I doubt it since it's not named Read Me.txt. heh
