Case Modder

I've been trying to get my latencies tighter on my DFI board (in sig rig), and I have read numerous times around the net that my RAM, G.Skill Pi Black, can do 800mhz@4-4-4-12-1T on stock volts. I've made the change from 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-4-12, but 1T is nowhere to be found! I looked for anything with Cycle in the name in the DRAM settings, but I really can't find it. I tried disabling and re-enabling the "Advanced mode", with no avail?
Is my board incapable of running 1T? Help?
