Default G45 Bios

It's a Dell Bios, in my 'Freak Force' computer. Does anyone know if I need a specific bios flash, I really want to push the FSB to 1600 MT/s and the frequency to 3.0 GHz or so.

Got any more info on that Main board of yours? G45 is generic.. if ya look at my specs, I have a few letters after the model, you need to find them as well. can ya get to your BIOS? Find what version you currently have, and find what CPU is compatible with ya mobo - Im thinking that Dell should list this... Gigabyte do for mine, and what speeds i should be able to get out of it, and with what CPU... and listing any updated BIOS releases....

...or u may know all this already and I completely off the mark....
