Default Need help updating Bios - The easy way

So I've surfed the web now for 2hrs, trying to find a good way to flash my bios, installed millions of programs and getting really tierd of this..

First thing of course was downloading the bios from Abit.

Next thing was finding something else than flobby disk method to flash the bios.

So I tried using a disk, burn as bootable and another one as iso. Neither worked. Tried it many times, possibly every way possible, its not going to happen.

Now I wanna try using a USB stick. I've got it lieing on the table, and I really need help with this! Is there any way to make the USB stick bootable, the easy way?!

I do NOT have flobby disk drive!

--- EDIT ---

This is the BIOS that Im trying to update!

Go into the bios and find where it has the boot order. Number 1 should be set to USB.

This link shows how to format a USB drive to make it bootable and also covers some aspects of the actual flashing (may be somewhat different depending on your bios):
