Well someone told me to change my pcie slot thing to 100 to see if it fixed my computer. Well it didnt so I tried setting it lower to see what would happen. Well now my computer just turns on for a couple seconds, then shuts off for a couple seconds and turns back on and keeps on doing that. What can I do?

if you don't know where the CMOS is...
just take the battery out of the motherboard for 30 seconds or so... and then pop it back in and see if your PC boots normally.
