New to Overclock.net

The Clock Speed and Mulitplier Areas of my BIOS are greyed out when i get to them. Is there anything i can do to Unlock these areas for my own personal customization? - BIOS VERSION - BF86510A.86A.0061.P17.0404211558

Intel boards are infamous for not being able to Overclock from BIOS.
the only thing your able to do is overclock from Windows using Clockgen, or any other program of your choice.
