Dell Nvidia 650i BIOS
This BIOS does what it needs to, but not quite what I need it to. I can change the voltages in .05 steps, but I want to do more than that.
Also, my CPU multiplier is unlocked, kind of?  I can set it to 10, and even 10.5, but that never kicks in when I'm in Windows. So my question is, how do I go about flashing a new BIOS, and where could I get one that works?

The CPU multiplier is probably just a bug in the BIOS. E8400 cannot go higher than 9x cpu multi. It might still think you have perhaps a different CPU. You may want to reset the BIOS to see if it helps.
