BIOS Settings. What do these mean?
 Should the CPU Margin Enhancement stay at Optimized or should it be changed?  Any need for adjustment? What is suspend mode?  Are these settings alright as well? What is CPU TM Function and Execute Disable Bit?

CPU Ratio is the CPU Clock Multiplier.
Suspend Mode = S1 sleep turns off a few devices, S3 suspends everything into RAM and nearly completely shuts down the whole system, leaving just enough juice flowing to keep the data in RAM 'alive'. CPU Margin Error I can't really say exactly what it does, but after looking around it seems that most set that to "Performance" for best OC results.
