Default Bootable CD for BIOS Recovery

Well I believe I earned my 1st id10t error.

I tried o/cing this board and now I can not boot into windows. I tried removing the battery. Setting the BIOS to Configure and loading defaults. I then turned it off and returned the jumper to Normal. I tried and double checked everything I could to get this thing to boot. I never messed with these older MBs before and I have no idea how to make a bootable recovery CD. I can not find a .BIN file to download either. I've been stumped on the board for days now. Please help! My daughter is without her Barbie games.

I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for someone to create and send me an ISO with an recovery solution for this MB. I'm pretty sure a USB solution is an option too.

The system is an Intel D845GRG with a P4 2.4GHz CPU.

Do the BIOS reset again, but this time also pull the power supply's power cord out of the wall outlet too.
