New to Overclock.net

I was flashing it to SZ17, disk had a scratch, froze at the 087000 mark or something like that, and turned off. When i try to turn it back on, all i get is error 41 on POST. Is there any recovery jumper on this board or must i RMA.

You must RMA or get a replacement BIOS chip.

Well when I try to boot it up, it says "keyboard/mouse bus not detected, system halt"
so how is evgas RMA reputation...

I see that you are using floppy disk to flash the BIOS, then why not try the bootblock? You need to have a good copy of the BIOS image on your floppy renamed to a vendor-specific name depending on BIOS maker and boot with that floppy. May take up to 20min but hopefully it will get it back to normal
