Default ASUS P6T BIOS settings

In the BIOS of the P6T, I see a bunch of different settings like Speed Step, Spread Spectrum, etc.

Examples:

and at the bottom of this one:

My question is, what do all these do? And more importantly, which settings should I change to get the maximum OC?

Default

Set the "spectrum's" to disabled, same for C1E and the Speedstep, set the "Turbo mode" to on, and manually set the CPU ratio to 21.
