Right now my Bios for my Rampage is 701. Should I update it?

In my opinion, yes.

I use the Rampge Formula 0803 BIOS and it really improved things over the Maximus Formula BIOS.

So hey, give it a try. What's the worst that can happen?

Be sure to report back your findings.

If you're... of way below average intelligence. The only way that could happen is if your power blew out while you were flashing (I'm sure).

And if that happens, you can just buy a new BIOS chip.

All your BIOS settings would be reset, as far as I know.

But it shouldn't take long to re-enter them.

It explains some of the more advanced features, etc. they really helped for my overclock.

Yeah, I would imagine it's the same thing as resetting your BIOS, but it will be new obviously. However, the physical limits of the CPU and motherboard should remain the same.
