or a usb to ps/2 converter for the keyboard
once you do get in your bios make sure to enable legacy usb devices and that will fix the usb/bios issue

you need a cd with the new bios on it! that will fix your problems, it will recover your crashed bios automatically when the computer comes on. If you have your manual read about you auto bios recovery program!!
