Exclamation CPU uCode Loading Error - Asus Board

I have a new asus Vintage-PE1 Barebones Kit, and a 2.8ghz 775 CPU, When I start up, I get the mobo start page, then click delete to start setup, and then I get "Intel CPU uCode Loading Error. I thought maybe it needed the new bios, so I checked, and it says it has v0305, which is the newest non-beta version, and even then, nothing, I Need help with this thing ASAP. Oh yea, I don't know how I would update the bios because it won't start up from any of the drives, but it does recognize them in the BIOS? I haven't ever worked with a barebones kit, my last computer wasn't like this. Is there a certain way to tell if the cpu is in place, because it seemed like it, but you never know? If it isn't the bios, is there anything else I can do?

Thers an option called um... CPU Micro updation or something, if you set it do disable it shows that, set it to Enable. Just look on the CPU tab, it was the first one on the list for me. I cannot remember the specific name.
