How old is your sister? She's pretty lucky lol
Get her lots of stuff that glows red under UV light and UV cathodes....(the stuff usually ends up glowing pink). Just don't get red LEDs cause those are actually red lol. ALong with purple/pink cathodes, you'd be all set.
