im getting one from the computer guy at school he couldn't play the new games on it I think it is a 6600 and it cost him 100$ its basically brand new and im getting it for 50$ its 128mb so it is enough for me i think, any upjectings

There are a myriad of settings in the BIOS that you can tweak to overclock. I am in this case referring to the voltage used for the southbridge. When running high FSB, you're obviously not only overclocing the CPU, but the whole motherboard as well. To achieve stability, you might need to increase voltages of 1) CPU (fairly common), and 2) the motherboard components, like the northbrige (controls PCI busses and such), and the southbridge (which controls the hard drives among others).

And yeah, which video card you plan on getting?

If you're not any sort of gamer, then it should be fine. If you do game regularly (and esp. with newer games) you want something a bit (or a whole lot) more powerful.
