Problems I have seen/noticed.

1).your total POS powersupply.

2).your total POS powersupply.

3).your total POS powersupply.

4). Cable Management. try this: http://www.overclock.net/case-mods-g...ight=post+your

5). Take off that filter on the side fan, it will extremely constrict your airflow.

6). Cable Managment.

7). Lets see a pick with the side panel totaly off. / List all of your cooling IE:CPU cooling, number of fans.. ect ect

From my point of view, all of you componets died becuse of heat.

Also, please replace that PSU ASAP!!!!

A good/Awsome alternative would be a OCZ GamerXStream 700W.

You didnt read it all..

That case setup lasted a week.

The PSU is a Mad Dog 550W, and according to my Fluke has been supplying consistant, power without spikes, or transients. It is also filtered. Not sure I agree with you on the PSU.

My SLI runs off a seperate PSU, the Thermal Take 250W setup for PCI-E, so my 550W is only running 2 SATA drives, 2 IDE Opticals, the MB and Fans. It should be able to handle that.

the SLI PSU is here.

The CPU Cooler is a Zalman 9700 and keeps the CPU around 50C under load.

I am currently running 4 120MM fans in the CM Case

I havent updated the pics..

Yeah... wouldn't want you to be unethical or lose your job.

But with all the hardware that goes through your hands, I am confident that you could whip up some "Frankensteins" that are Folding-only drones. I know I would try - within the acceptable guidlines of course.

Default Started a slight Overclock now

Cant get radical yet due to being on the stock Fan Sink

Got the new rig up and running, ran 3Dmark06 on it..

8251

after a little overclocking to 2.6Ghz, and some GPU tweaks..

8782! I am impressed.

thats with my Zalman9700 off to get to rework the mating surface on a CNC Machine (It wasnt trully flat), and my 800MHZ RAM off for RMA, running on older 533 Stuff, so couldnt clock it much.

I think after I get some cooling back, and my ram than can run 1066 or so.. 9000 isnt out of the question.

thats the compare before and after.

starting to finally feel good about this setup now
