Default New build, help needed

Budget is 1300$. I need to build a core 2 duo PC which can be overclocked to the max but price shud stay 1300$!! help!! CPU shud be E6600.

need monitor and stuff? or only keyboard?

and your country, 1300 can be good in states, but if not in states 1300 might be very low

Im gettin the parts from the states. Here they charge a heavy premium!!!! No need for monitor, keyboard or case.

however few tips: stay away from abit boards, thermaltake psu
