Personally, I would get this processor:

The Core 2 Duo E6300 is 100$ extra but insanely faster and cooler running.

I would, but I don't have the money right now.
If I would get an E6300, I would need DDR2-533 because I don't want to pay $300 for DDR2-800.

Anyways, might be getting a X1950Pro...
