i don't think i can push it any further, i can boot at 385, but it's not stable at all. Plus, 385 needs crazy voltage pumping 1.55v+ so I am staying at this level.

It might be the mobo, i should have bought the p5b deluxe but, but it's $70 mores.

yea i would of liked to get a better board too but i was doing a budget system im running 1.6v and hopping that i will get stable at 3.55 - 4.00 ..

well you're on phase so hitting 90%+ oc should be easy

i really think it's my DS3 because I am rock stable on stock voltage at 330fsb, so it's not a bad chip, but the mobo is limiting it once it gets close to 400fsb

yea im having the same problem on my s3 as well.. 395 us my max boot .. it wont post 400 or above

have you tried a lower multiplier and 401fsb+ and see if it posts, you know cuz of the strap thing

lik 6x 402fsb, also try disabling all the stuff in the advanced bios setting, max out chipset and fsb voltage and see if it'll boot
