Default Intel Core 2 Duo Build

Hey, i'm planning on upgrading my amd 3700+ sandy to a intel c2d. Heres what I have so far, everything totals up to about $1400CDN shipping and tax included.

OCZ Gamexstream 700w
EVGA Geforce 8800gts
Asus P5W Dh-Deluxe LGA775
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 2gb ddr2-800

Is there anything I can change to save up some cash but keep similar performance. I will also plan on getting extra cooling and do some overclocking, preferably up to 3ghz+.

Edit: I would also like to add that I am in Canada, so prices will be different from those who order in the states.

**EDIT**
Heres an another build I may consider:

OCZ GameXStream 700w
BFG Geforce 8800GTX
Asus P5B Deluxe LGA775
OCZ Platinum XTC PC2-6400 2gb DDR2-800
Intel Core 2 Duo e4300 or e6300

Grand Total after rebates: $1588CDN ($1600CDN /w e6300)

You can get a P5B-Deluxe and save $40CAD. If you dont need the (2)PCI-ex16 then the p5b in my opinion is better. One of the most acknowledged overclocking boards and a ton of other people have them to talk to or get help from.

I guess I will go with the asus p5b deluxe and save my money for a cpu cooler. But i heard the p5w dh deluxe overclocks better than the p5b deluxe.

That is untrue. Both overclock equally well while the P5B yields a higher FSB.

Take a look at the Abit AB9 QuadGT and the Biostar TForce 965PT. Both are great boards as well.

I will also want a board that supports intel quad core processors in order to be futureproof. I know the biostar mobos do not support quad core but does the abit?

Will a 600w powersupply be enough for an overclocked e4300 and a single 8800gtx.
