I'd get a Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler if that'll fit inside your case, otherwise it looks amazing, good luck with that.

Oh, and, also, I'd get a Seagate Barracuda 320GB Hard Disk Drive with Perpendicular Recording Technology over that Samsung SpinPoint T Drive. I mean four of them instead of four SpinPoint Drives.

I read there were issues with the Zalman 9700 and that the 9500 gave enough airflow.
__________________What's the Tuniq Tower give me that the Zalman doesn't and are there any issues with it?

One has Perpendicular Recording Technology and one does not. The PRT, also known as Perp, is better and is the reason for people purchasing the 7200.10 Seagate Barracuda over any other drive. PRT helps because the Access, Read, and Write Times are faster. Oh, yeah, and make sure to get a SATA 3.0GB/s version. Serial-ATA 3.0 kills IDE.
