Help newb OC 6300 p5b please
Just got it all put togther help me oc it please.

It's pretty simple have your ram running at 800mhz not the fully rated 1000mhz. Now start increasing your FSB until the system becomes unstable. Then give the CPU a little bit more voltage while increasing the FSB again until it's unstable. Lather rinse repeat until you cant go any higher.
Make sure you have your PCI-E and PCI buses locked otherwise you'll fry your cards.

You have to shut down any thermal throttling and anything really that has to do with tempuratures. If you take of any spread spectrum stuff some people says that makes things more stable.

YAAA first oc from 1.8 to 2.1.....i know it aint much but its my first i have a tuniq tower on here so what is safe temp ? its running at 35c now

max safe temp under load is 55C. your getting the load temp from tat while running orthos right.
