You can download a trial at their website, google SmartLaunch.
That looks like a solid software solution... may have to suggest that at work.

DeepFreeze would probably make all the difference. It works great too because it allows for making adjustments, but as soon as the computer is rebooted, it restores back to its original HDD image. Most schools use them as NEvolution said...especially in the computer classes where you need to be able to get into and use the computer as you normally would.

Well I am thinking $5 / hour and for premium members (one time $50 fee) $5 / 100 minutes.

Let's say 20 computers are used for 6-7 hours a day, which is actually a minimum. The other cafes have much more usage. That's almost $18,000 a month. I really do think this will work, and if it doesn't - people win some and they lose some.

I wouldn't go in to this if I didn't truly think I would succeed. I have faced failure in my life but this is not something I am about to fail at.

They've got loads of Internet Cafes around here, but the PCs are : Pentium 3 (4 at best...), some Geforce 4 cards, 512kbps for the whoooolllee cafe ( at best again a few 512 connections for different groups of pcs ), cheapo mouses, monitors, and stuff....

Good luck with your project

Remember that the HD555 are open headphones, so they'll provide no isolation for the user. This can be a good or bad thing depending on what you want. It would be easier to make call outs with open headphones because everyone can hear you speak, but so can their opponents. I wouldn't choose the Icemat Siberia simply because they aren't made to last as long as good headphones like HD555, so they'll break more often causing you to purchase replacements.

Well with calling out - we are going to have two private rooms with 5 PCs.

Also I am going to be e-mailing Logitech & Steel, maybe Razer to find out of I can get any sort of sponsorship by using their products and promoting them (posters, etc). I'm not to sure about Headsets, but I have three mice in mind.

what kind of games are you installing? are they online games. most online games do not require very high video card. but since you are palnning a business you must choose an equipment that will serve you for the longest time.

C2d is the best choice if youre conscious about power. and the power supply i think you have to choose a dual fan. dual because it will be running beside other computerwho will be exhaling heat. casing try to choose casing that have room xtra fan. an online UPS/AVR for better electrical fluctuation protection for your motherboards.
Im really not good about motherboards, but im using an MSI Mother board because of its capacitors. I was Informed that japanese Capacitors are the best capacitors. MSI use Japanese Capacitor.

My Father has an Internet Cafe too with only 15 PC. They Use Sempron 2600+ with 1gb ram and 40gb of hdisk mother board with Nforce chipset. (assorted brand). they have been running for more than two years now.

For mice, you should get MX518's. They will perform very well for both low-sens and high-sens gamers.
