BUILDING MY FIRST COMPUTER RIG. HERE IS WHAT I PLAN ON BUYING.

Buy a E6600 and not a E6700 because the E6700 is a lot more expensive for a little more MHz you can overclock the E6600 and then it is better then the E6700

If i were you, instead of one raptor, get two of these and set them up in RAID.

Get the PC&C Silencer 750w. It can run dual 8800gtx's, for $30 more. otherwise, ur looking good!

I would go with an ASUS 680i board instead. There are people on the forums who have haad the eVGA and the ASUS and say the ASUS is better. And if you're going to go high end, why not get some DDR2-1000 so your OC is easier.

You can't beat two raptors but a single raptor will beat two normal drives in raid in most benchmarks

i'd go with kandalf instead of tsunami case. its bigger and badder. lol
my friend has that case and its spacious. it would come in handy if u r looking to get 8800 series card. those are huge! also, the case keeps cool much better cuz of its leet air flow dynamics.
