ok so ive done alot of research and have listened to all your opinions(thank you for every one of them) and i think i have the final list for my first and hopefully not last computer build. i am still open to any last minute suggestions or if u see uncompatible items so please tell me as i am ordering this in a few hours.

Drop the 6700 for a 6600, drop the raptor and get 2x 250gb perpindicular drives, with the money saved get a Dx10 GPU instead of the 7950GT.
