Default Ultimate Budget Workstation

hoping for a 333X9, 3GHz OC out of the 4300, should be no prob , so i can get DDR 2 675 Corsair which is on sale, plus its shown to reach DDR 800 so if i can go higher (3.2-3.3) then, of course, i will

btw i wont go dx10 for a while so lay off on the criticizm there
i have a Full-T case laying around and a newly bought 500W HIPRO PSU (dual 20A 12V rails), and opticals (see sig)
i have four 80GB WD hard drives for raid 0/1; and i am getting two 160GB Hitachi's for Linux raid 0
i have a tv/fm tuner card with remote and airTV antenna, and PVR software. it has RCA in so i play my N64 on my comp (i do that now, works awesome) and record/watch TV on comp (good for dorm next year no need for tv)

i need a sub $40 sound card, with 196KHz sampling rate.

i have a Logitech headset and am getting 5.1 Logitech $50 speakers

i have gigabit LAN on the mobo which is compatible with the cat5 jacks in the dorm, and WLAN card for one of the PCIE x1 ($15+5, $5+5 after rebate)

i have a 21" CRT and i bought another 21" CRT from eBay ($50) for dual 21" CRT's. Yay for CRT's

i know what you are thinking, where is the CPU cooler? I just got a Thermaltake Big Typhoon with an old but good 100CFM system papst fan (120mm) used for ~$30 on hardforum. I lapped the base, and plan on lapping the cpu as well.
got MX-2 TIM, >AS5

any suggestions? To me this is a TON of money, the only reason I am spending this much is that I was able to sell my rig for $400 to a friend who was amazed that my sktA could own CS:S at 50fps

and i just got a job web programming and it seems like although its a temporary summer job, and i am a HS grad going to college, they are paying me a full salary.

Go with the XFX 7900GS XT edition, it overclocks like a champ and it has the reliability/warranty of XFX!

I'm pretty sure VR-Zone got one to 650/1600 or something around there.

This is true... however, I think that the increased frequency and bandwidth that the XFX would offer, the difference would be negligible.

But for the price, I suppose the MSI is the bargain.
