despite the packages nice protection I opened the box and uncovered this

http://www.overclock.net/attachment....1&d=1206112386

what a bummer!!!!!
I contacted Newegg right away and they said that they would have to have me send the Hole case back... I wasn't going to do that so I decided to contact Thermaltake... this is what I received after I talked to them and confirmed my rma. talking about a way to really earn more business.... NOT....

thermaltake usa rma responce.doc

well after seeing that, that email really put a flame under me...

enough of my pissing about the side pannel everything fit in nicely and my temp are really nice under load. maybe I get some screenes of those soon.. but here is a pic of my tunic sliding into the case using the removable tray...Yaaaaaaaaaa.....

Thermaltake should not do that to their loyal customers. Maybe it was already broken before the postal stage. IMO would return it to newegg if it would be possible.

What you should do is contact Newegg and see if they will send you a shipping label, so you don't have to pay to ship that case back.

sorry guys I've already got a 50 dollar credit from newegg...that is a plus for newegg but i still think that Thermaltake should rma it because who says that screw isnt to tight and caused the crack in the first place even before shipping like thunderer states... Well i think I'll try to get it RMA through Thermaltake.... also my time is limited due to homework... Network Security major and it is very demanding and didn't want to spend to much time fiddling with another possible broken side....

Just need to figure out if that $50 credit back from Newegg was worth it....contact Thermaltake on the replacement cost if no RMA is possible.
