Default Need an uber reliable build

My dad needs a computer for his office building. It'll be mainly used for web-related stuff (email and browsing) and his other misc. needs. He needs the case to be small for easy transportation. SO I'm thinking of going SFF. Can anyone recommend me a STURDY and uber reliable case?

What's a good mATX mobo (doesn't have to OC, but should be of decent quality)?

Should I go with onboard video? I'm not entirely up-to-date on onboard vid stuff.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Thanks again.

EDIT: Budget: $500 (no need for: monitor, keyboard, mouse)

On-board video would be fine.

I'd recommend one of the mATX Gigabyte AM2 boards. Specifically, one of these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128056

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128090

Both have good on-board. The former baord is slightly less expensive and has slightly slower video, but I know it to be extremely fast for an AM2 board, as well as stable and reliable. Mature chipset, BIOS, and drivers.

The latter is newer with faster video, but I am less familar with it. I suspect it is essentially an updated version of the former board.

I'm not that familar with mATX cases.

I'm coming up with a build right now. Do you need an OS disc?

EDIT: https://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion...asp?ID=9576488

Don't know if you need an OS disc or not

TOTAL: $458.94
Leaves you with some extra money, in case I forgot something. Anyways, that would sure to be a rock solid build, plenty enough for e-mailing, web surfing, etc. Don't forget that when you go with SFF cases, most of them have low-profile expansion slots, which REALLY cuts off the choices for video cards (if he wanted to do gaming).

I say, Gigabyte 690G or 780G and A new 45Watt Athlon X2.

bump

I've been looking at those new AMD Athlon X2s. 45w consumption.

I'm not sure if I should go Intel or AMD on this one. It IS gonna be a mATX build so I'm lost here.

EDIT: Build's not for OCing, and no gaming. No need for the OS. I've got a copy of XP Professional

Not sure on the rest. If you wanted intel, I would get that. Any E2xxx chip will be good. If you spend the extra $10 you go from 1.8ghz to 2.2ghz. You could probably oc it that much w/o a problem, even on a stock cooler.
