i would go for the DK T2RS P35. the blood iron is not just ugly but is lower end compared to to the DK and the price difference isnt that much

Yes ther are mail in rebates for 8800gt for $10
and there is a 10 mir for the case

its a mixed bag. will you be OCing? what cooler? get a good power supply from a good brand such as antec,cooler master,silverstone,corsair,TT,OCZ etc. i suggest a corsair vx450.

agreed go for the corsair. you wont find a more solid, stable PSU then corsair
