thx, the cpu maybe, but the mobo is too expensive, im looking for the cheapest intel based SLI mobo

and ill prolly just use the stock cpu cooler to save $$

get the 750i evga you'll like it =p

9600gt? who gets that??

get a good pair of 8800gt...there the same price and like 30% better...

Blade: you won't get cheap SLI on Intel... I would never even get that Asus board. Forget SLI, and get a single 8800GTS.

It'll be close...but a single 8800GTS saves you money. If you go SLI, the eVGA board for $190 is the BARE minumum you should get for decent performance/quality. Go for a single card and a single hard drive, and save major money on the mobo (see edits in my previous post).
