Default Finally my budget gaming build is complete!

Well after 4 months of research and saving up and $500 i hope i have a PC that will kill in the newest games. Thanks to all your help i was able to order an hour ago here is my final build list
DFI Lanparty DK p35
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
Artic Cooling Freezer Pro 7
Artic Silver 5
OCZ StealthXStream 600watt v2.2 PSU
OCZ Reaper 2x1GB DDR2 1150 (PC9200)
Zotac 8800GT 512MB AMP! Edition
1x blue led 120mm fan
4x blue led 80mm fans

What Operating System do you guys recommend for this build? XP,vista 32bit or vista 64bit?

What do you guys think this thing can do if i overclock it to around 3.6Ghz, how high of a 3dmark score wil it get?

This is my first time building a PC from scratch so if you have any pointers or tips please tell them!

Well the case, hard drives and cd/dvd drives are being reused from an old dell P3, the thing is a huge case and i have measured it, everything should fit, but it will be snug.
Dell 4100 dimension
Im reusing
2 IDE 160GB hard drives
1 IDE 30GB Hard Drive (to put OS and nothing else on)
IDE DVD drive
IDE CD writer
USB 2.0 xbox 360 HD-DVD drive

Well i got it al running with vista x64 and its such a HUGE improvement over any PC i have scene. I got 12800 in 3Dmark06 is this considered good? I have the e7200 running at 3.6 Ghz on a 1.15vcore the cores idle around 27-30 degrees C, and i only have the CPU cooler and one fan in the case, i dont have any programs to stress it yet, so i don't know the load temps.

For some reason the bios is only recognizing the e7200 of have the multiplyers of 6-9, not 9.5, anyone know how to fix this?

My Vista scores are 5.7 CPU, 5.9 for memory and graphics, and 4.4 for my 6 year old hard drive.
