Default Help me budget upgrade!

Hey guys,

I am upgrading a computer for my cousin. He currently has:
-AMD X2 4000+
-Gigabyte (idk which model, i think it was a combo deal)
-1GB Corsair XMS2 (I think thats the name
-EVGA GeForce 7600GT

His budget is $275, and he needs to make the best of it. He is using it to play games, and internet. I was thinking either do the e2180 + new mobo, or get the X2 5000+ BE, since it seems they both can do similar OC's.

As well as upgrade him to 2GB, faster, better, ram.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks,
PeaceMaker

Upgrade the CPU and videocard, you cant' do much else on such a tight budget.

I would say a 8800GT, though his current CPU isn't too shabby.
