Default Suggestions for a new build

I'm thinking of selling my sig rig and changing it to something like this:

CPU: Intel E7200
RAM: Team Xtreem Dark 2x2GB DDR2 1066Mhz CL5
Motherboard: Asus P5Q Pro
PSU: Corsair HX520
GPU: HD4850
Case: Coolermaster 690

Suggestions? How much better than my current will this be you guys reckon?

The build looks fine, but the issue comes when you think about if it's worth it or not.

You're only going to notice the difference in very demanding games and benchmarks. You are most likely not going to notice a thing when it comes to everyday use. So if you want that extra fps in Crysis, then yeah, go for it. If you want the awesome bench scores, then buy it. If you mostly use your computer for internet, music, and movies, then there is no point.

That will hardly be an upgrade from what you have... You will be going from 3Ghz to 3.2Ghz dual core, slightly faster RAM, and a better video card...

If you want to upgrade, get a new video card.

Well I'm hoping the E7200 will reach close to 4Ghz.
