well you're getting power to everything, so it seems.

i don't know for sure, but possibilities are things like no power to something important or something important is DEAD.
hopefully not your CPU or MOBO.

do you have an old system laying around that you can throw old parts into to test what is wrong with your new one?

strip your computer down to the bare requirements.... motherboard, ram and cpu and if it still doesnt boot try get a hold of new ram and cpu to test if either of them is faulty

if it does boot after stripped to the minimum system start replacing each adaptor card individually until the faulty device is identified thats stopping your computer from booting

it could also be your power supply.. you may want to test it with a meter or try replacing it with another?

also something a lot of people forget to do while commissioning is connect the extra 4 pin power supply to the motherboard for the cpu

the mobo is coming on just fine. I hope it's not the cpu as I dont have another mobo that is capable of running it to test that theory.

I don't think it's the power supply because my rhoebus controller and optical drive both came on and worked just fine.

take out the motherboard and then just connect the psu to the motherboard and see if it boots, if it does make sure that there are no screws or anything doing electric contact with the motherboard or case.
