500$ build
i was wondering what i can do with 500$ i like intel, i did nto want to go AMD, but might it be better budget wise? i was thinking q6600 or any dual core with a fsb of 1333. is this at all possible? it is a rig that will game just slightly.

its not for me, just for a friend so i twill not be OC'd, they all worry about do that. they need a monitor also. here is what i put together

Q6600 may be overkill. Opt for the E7200 so you can budget in the RAM.

he cannot wait for the rebates, he does not have so much faith in them i guess. i myself have gotten very few rebates back.
