Do you actually have the cash to spend on this new system or is this somedaydream/fantasy. I have seen many 'monster' build logs with the only progress being the list of components and from there on no more or very little progress. Also why go with GTX 280's ? I think a pair of CrossfireX 4870 X2's will last you quite a while.

Haha. I'll be better for my grammar-critics here.

Well, I have looked into the watercooling components for this build. And, well, bad news. There are no waterblocks for the MOSFETS and NB/SB for all X58/LGA1366 motherboards. You gotta wait for their release before you include them into your build. For the VGA (GTX 280s if I recall), there are waterblocks in release for them. I'm building a shopping cart for you as we speak.

And good call for the VelociRaptors. Although I think you have too many, I have criticized your build enough already :P.

I get the feeling the Asus blocks from EK will probably fit the Asus X58 boards.

The hole spacing looks the same.

I have the cash, don't worry!

I've seen some reviews, three GTX 280's perform better than two 4870X2's in 2560x1600.

Thanks again,

I can wait for good X58 waterblocks. For VGA I found this block:
