I'm convinced that SSDs are not the best choice, so I will go with four WD VelociRaptor 300GBs in RAID0 and a WD Caviar Black 1TB.

for cooling I like to watercool VGAs, MOSFETs, NB and SB, and get a phase change for the CPU!
hdmi is not capable of displaying a resolution of 2560x1600. also, i wouldn't get a tagen (or something) psu. they use crappy capacitors that sequel. pc power make the best psu's (in my opinion) so i would opt for theirs over a corsair or thermaltake. if the thermaltake is the same price as the pc power, get the pc power. also if seasonic has a 1200 watt psu, i would look at theirs as well. they are also a top oem for psu's.

If I had the money, I wouldn't blink at the opportunity to buy an extreme-class processor. That unlocked multiplier is what makes them so valuable. You have so many more options when overclocking. When you consider it's cheaper than the QX9770, it doesn't seem like it's overdoing it.

I dont like water cooling video cards unless you plan on keeping them, I dont water cool cause I change them to often and the waterblocks barely help resell value any.

I think a GTX280 probably will run out of bandwidth with a 8x PCI-E 2.0 slot.

There were no sign of i7 965, EVGA X58 SLI and Corsair 6GB dominator memories!
