Well it had another new motherboard about 2-3 months ago and then since then it has ran flawlessly... *touch wood*

Your statement isn't entirely true. Some people could afford it, yes, but you need a certain amount of income to be able to afford a pc like that (aka not necessarily rich but have a modest income). The other issue is priorities. I too could probably probably afford a pc like that, but I'm putting away for college because I'm shooting for med school eventually.
