I have been eying this case for a while but is it really worth it over the HAF or the Antec 1200 or any other cheaper case?

Since then there's been a little playing around with the parts (replaced all the fans and the res) and also some cable management. Here's a couple of more recent shots:

I'm considering some sort of lighting (red obviously) although I don't know quite how to set it up yet with that side grille. Maybe I should take the grille out and put plexiglass with a hole for the fan in it?

Temps are in the rig details. Right now I'm at 34C idle on all cores and load is about 42-44C. This is at 3.83GHz.

Not a big fan of either of those cases, they are so ugly! The Cosmos S IMHO looks better and has some good things:

Nice and roomy
Runs nice and cool (when I put my hand inside its chilly)
Easy to work with

However cable management is a total pain, and it can get kind of noisy if you don't keep every component in check. I've tried to use as much rubber isolation stuff as possible and sound dampening material where I can, but you still hear this fain vibration sound that seems to just come from the case. I would recommend the Scyth S-Flex with this case, the 63cfm edition. Can't go wrong.

Thanks.. still trying to think of things to make it better... I really wish you could somehow see those tubes from the outside.. maybe some red cathodes will do that?? I just don't know where I would put them that's all.

Normally when people paint their cases it looks like they let their 5 year old out with some glossy fingerpaing and go at it with some lime green color. YOURS HOWEVER looks very professional and the color scheme is very nice. The only thing I would change is to have kept the top handles black to match the bottom.

Hah, the bottom handles were actually supposed to be red as well, painter must have mis-read the labels

. I was a bit disappointed too...
