Well... the reviews said it's pretty solid, 4/5 stars I'll honestly say you're in pretty good hands, so you're right... don't worry until there's something to worry about

Thanks. So anybody had experience with BIG NewEgg orders? How long does it take to ship? Will they ship on New Years Eve/Day? Gah I hope so...

Okay so here's the dilemma: I live in Northern Alabama and all my stuff shipped from Memphis, Tennessee. That's awesome! I ordered it yesterday and now it's out for delivery. That is, everything EXCEPT my case. > Grrr.....

So do I:
a) Wait until Monday when it is expected to ship, or
b) Build it in another case that I have?

just wait for the case. I know its gonna be a desperate wait
But that feeling you get when you have everything up and running as it should be makes up for it

On the other hand you could try the current stuff you get and see if there might be any problems.

Well I've got everything in except for that dang case, so I'm going to borrow one from a friend: an Apevia XCruiser. Just until Monday. Bad move?

Also I set my Freezer 7 down on my mobo. I picked it up for some reason and in doing so I accidentally smudged a little bit of thermal compound off. How bad is that exactly?

Personally I would just wait for the case, it'l be like Christmas all over again. About the thermal compound... ummm... smudging some off isn't as bad as actually pulling it off the processor creating air pockets, just put your finger in a plastic bag or something and even it out again
