Hey everyone, slight introduction here, I've wondered across this forum doing some late-night reading about QPI, and CPU Ratio Settings on the i7, and it seems like quite an awesome community. So I've decied to join you all

I've decided that it was time for an upgrade from my current QX6700/8800GTX system, so I've went ahead and ordered some new parts.

Parts list:

CPU: Intel Core i7 Extreme i-965
CPU Cooler: Vigor Monsoon III
RAM: 12GB Corsair Dominator 1600mhz Triple-Channel
GPU: 3x eVGA SSC Edition GTX 280 in Tri-SLi
Motherboard: ASUS Rampage II x58
Hard Drives 2x 300GB 10,000RPM VelociRaptors in raid_0
Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W
Optical Drive: LITEON Interanl 6x Blu-Ray Disc Reader & DVD/CD Write with LightScribe
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x-64
