10 more dollars would get you a Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 dual-fan heatsink from Newegg

I prefer to keep them off since they're really not being used by me at this point, and create overhead for the other 4 if not being used actually causing a performance penalty in other applications where they sit idle. So turning them off gains me decreased temperature, decreased power draw.
I think I'll give it a try after I see what the temps are like with an OC with HT enabled.

BTW Nice setup Wally. Two thumbs up. If you need any help tweaking with that Gigabyte just message me.
Sweet, thanks man

I had it on my list for a bit but I'm still thinking the TRUE is the best option. I can always get myself another fan for the TRUE as well

I considered the EVGA board for a time but for some reason the gigabyte one just stands out to me. A friend of mine on my clan's site has the board and he says he loves it and the board has a nice layout and specs. I still haven't decided on which board I want to get. I'm juggling around the Foxconn Bloodrage, EVGA x58, Gigabyte UD5, ASUS P6T and perhaps even DFI's x58 board

DFI is a solid manufacturer. Great OC potential, like Foxconn

Good to see you join Wally!

OMG Gooda! Where the crap have you been man?!? Haven't seen ya in a while.

Anyway, The only real concern I have about the DFI board is that I think the BIOS may be to complex for me. But I guess if something is hard I should try to learn it rather than just avoiding it I can always find a DFI x58 BIOS walkthrough/guide or always ask you for help as well if you would be so gracious.

Sure man! It takes a bit to get used to, but you'll love it once you figure everything out. So much better than the ASUS BIOS I was using before.
