Default New i7 Build Needs Review Before Order

Here is my Corei7 build list for "ShamWow". If you guys have some recommendations or suggestions that would be much appreciated. My maximum budget may not exceed $ 2000.00.

Motherboard: Asus P6T6 WS Revolution:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131358

CPU: Intel Nehalem 920:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115202

Heatsink: Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme:
http://www.quietpcusa.com/Thermalrig...r-P507C61.aspx

Memory: CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145224

PSU: Decathlon 850W PSU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817256022

HDDs: 250GB Seagate for Primary, 750GB secondary( Already have):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148262

GPU: EVGA GX260 55nm [216]:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130433

Optical Drive: Samsung:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827151173

Sound Card: Creative X-Fi Titanium:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102024

Case: Antec 300:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129042

I have a few concerns:
1) Will the TRUE fit in the Antec 300 (will the side panel close correctly).
2) Will the EVGA GX260 fit inside the case (I've heard the card is nearly 10.5" long)
3) Will my power supply have enough current to power my graphics card (the nVidia specs say the 260 requires 36A on the 12v rail and the PSU delivers 35A)

The power supply I am willing to part with but it MUST BE A MODULAR PSU.
The graphics card I am willing to switch as well.

I would prefer the Antec 300 has I have a few creative case mods planned. I prefer a smaller case that allows me easily transport my computer to lans.

this is kind of just a personal opinion type of deal here, but if I were you I would get 2 of these instead and put them in RAID0:

Same goes with this, haven't had a failed burn yet, everything came out perfect and it's a bit cheaper. Not sure if you "want" lightscribe or not, if yes get this:

if not get this:

1) The Antec 300 is 8.1" wide the TRue is only 6.14" so your good in that department.
2) Hmm... The card "might" fit, if it does it's gonna be right there up against the metal...
3) Go with this bad boy right here! SILVERSTONE DECATHLON DA850 850W It'll through out 70A on a single rail! Pleeeenty of room there!

the rest looks like a go for me though! Good job in picking your stuff!
