New to Overclock.net

The budget is $700 for everything. This includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I'm not sure if this amount of money can get a low end i7, but I figured I'd post this here and see if someone can whip up a build while I do an amd variant. Some programs he will be running are 3dmax, zbrush, and premiere. He would also like the option of playing modern games.
__________________I know a core2duo would save a lot of money and would allow a high end video card, but I'd like to "future proof" this as much as possible since he won't be upgrading often. Thanks for the help!

I just put some builds together and I realized how impossible it is to do this on a $700 budget. Instead I went with an am2+ build and got it at $701.48 with shipping lol.

Yea, he's right. You won't get much of a high end computer for 700 dollars.
